Clause 29.1 of the Playing Conditions says that the wicket is dislodged when "the wicket is broken when at least one bail is completely removed from the top of the stumps, one or more stumps is removed from the ground."

In the first ball of the 18th over of the Delhi Capitals’ chase, Shikha Pandey looked to steal a single but was sent back by Niki Prasad, however, a direct hit at the striker’s end was referred to the third umpire. 

At first glance, the camera replays showed that Pandey’s bat was on the line when the lights went up, and the decision was deemed not out based on the next frame when the bat was inside before the bails were completely dislodged. 

A few deliveries after, in another mix-up, Radha Yadav, who was diving at the striker’s end, where no part of the bat looked beyond the crease when the lights went up again, was deemed not out, based on the decision of the second frame.
